Compensation:$19.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Assist with confirming rental bookings and preparing daily rental units with guest names.
• Ensure rental vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for guests.
• Greet customers upon check-in and provide a brief orientation on the vehicle.
• Support billing and payment processing from insurance providers, warranties, or customer pay.
• Help track and manage unpaid claims, working with claims agents as needed.
• Assist in reporting fleet status to management, including rental durations, scheduled pickups/drop-offs, and fleet utilization.
• Follow up on any “Just Drive” customer leads to schedule and ensure fleet utilization
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

• Must be at least 18years of age
• Strong customer service, organization,and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basicproficiencyin Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PDF processing software
• Support ongoing positive relationships with customers,companies,and manufacturers
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize
• Proven problem-solving and influencing skills
