Dr. Andrew Glover recently acquired Perio Partner, a periodontal specialty clinic in Burnsville, MN, and has invested to modernize the practice while keeping a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for a dental hygienist who would primarily see our patients for their initial exam to gather all data (clinical charting, imaging) and work with Dr. Glover to co-diagnose and treatment plan care for our patients.
Periodontal maintenance and SRP would also be performed, on a limited basis.
We are open to any experience level and will work with you to increase your skill set, where needed. Fitting into our culture is most important to us for this position. As a small office with very little turnover, we work closely together to provide excellent periodontal care for southern Minnesota. Our team supports each other and makes sure we have fun every day!

Our company values that guide how we act and the decisions we make:- See patients for their initial exam in our practice
- Update patient records, including medical/dental history
- Obtain periodontal charting
- Take intra-oral photos
- Use the Trios scanner for digital intra-oral impressions
- Take digital radiographs and CBCT
- Present diagnosis recommendations to the patient and Dr. Glover
- Perform periodontal maintenance and SRP, on a limited basis
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
- Help the team with office tasks, on a limited basis
- For all responsibilities, be willing to learn if you are not yet experienced
- No weekends or nights
- Consistent hours
- Predictable clinic schedule that is flexible
- Fully digital workflow with intraoral scanning, CBCT, digital radiographs, Open Dental software
- Cavitron use and instrument allowance
- One office location with easy interstate access
- High-functioning team that supports each other
- Excellent team communication
- Current Minnesota Dental Hygiene License
- Current CPR certificate
