VDC​/CAD QA Analyst

As a VDC/CAD Deliverables QA Specialist, you will play a vital role in our CAD/BIM team by ensuring the precision of our client deliverables. You’ll dive into immersive virtual 3D tours to verify and polish PDF blueprints, marking up discrepancies with an expert eye for detail. • Review CAD deliverables provided as PDFs against virtual 3D tours to confirm accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and mark up drafting errors, missing information, spelling errors, labeling inconsistencies, visual discrepancies, and other issues directly on the PDF.
• Verify that visible site conditions, room layouts, fixtures, equipment, and key property details shown in the virtual 3D tour are accurately reflected in the PDF deliverables.

• Navigate virtual 3D tours efficiently to compare site imagery against CAD deliverables.
• Maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive visual review tasks across multiple projects.

• Apply clear, consistent, and easy‑to‑understand markups on PDF deliverables for follow‑up by the CAD/BIM team.
• Escalate unclear items, recurring issues, or potential scope questions to the CAD/BIM Manager or appropriate team member.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and quality concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Complete QA reviews quickly and accurately while working within client deadlines and internal turnaround expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve review workflows, markup consistency, and overall deliverable quality.

• The role focuses on individual contributions within a highly collaborative team environment, emphasizing precision, consistency, and timely execution.
