Role:
Project Coordinator, Learning Specialist

Duration: 6 months with extension

Location: Houston, TX -- Hybrid onsite

Interview: Video

Client Domain: Airlines

This person needs to be in Houston to be able to go onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday and occasional Thursdays.

This person will have to travel to the Chicago office once in awhile. (travel will be expensed)

Work Schedule & Onsite Requirements
  • Hybrid onsite: approximately 2 days per week in Houston, TX office.
  • In-person schedule: 2 days per week, and any day training is conducted (typically Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in‑office).
  • Training sessions occur 2-3 weeks out of the month.
  • Expected to be on‑site in Houston during training weeks.
  • Training group size: 20-25 people.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Learning Specialist to join the Global Learning Strategy team. In this role, you’ll support the design, delivery, and administration of programs while ensuring a seamless learning experience for all participants.

Position Overview
  • Working within the Global Learning Strategy team, you’ll handle program logistics, provide administrative support to ensure smooth program delivery, and may assist with the design and creation of learning modules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain programs, including participant communication, scheduling, and program materials management.
  • Manage program logistics, including securing training spaces and coordinating participant access to facilities.
  • Process and maintain accurate participant rosters and records.
  • Coordinate catering services for training sessions, including ordering meals and post‑service cleanup.
  • Prepare and organize training materials, including printing, copying, and document assembly.
  • Communicate effectively with program participants regarding schedules, locations, and pre‑work requirements.
  • Track and manage training supply inventory.
  • Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations on project status.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
