Nursing Instructor / Nurse Educator - Full Time Faculty (MSN)

Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually + Full Time Benefits

Locations:
Bloomington, Eagan, and Brooklyn Park - MN.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing required
• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience required
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused academic environment

This Nursing Instructor opportunity offers the chance to shape the next generation of nurses within a growing, student-focused nursing program. In this on-site faculty role, you’ll teach nursing coursework across multiple learning environments while supporting student engagement, academic success, and professional development.

Working collaboratively with academic leadership and fellow faculty, you’ll create an inclusive and supportive classroom experience while mentoring students through both synchronous and asynchronous learning. This role also includes participation in curriculum development, program initiatives, and ongoing academic improvement efforts.
