We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training and Education Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our education and training programs within the electronics manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, strong instructional design skills, and a passion for fostering employee growth and development.

The Training and Education Manager will collaborate with industry subject matter experts to build and enhance employee skills and knowledge, foster professional growth, and drive overall individual and organizational success. This role involves assessing training needs, leading a team to develop educational content and materials, and ensuring that all initiatives align with the goals and project metrics. This position works close with local governments, career service providers, along with instructors and administrators in academia in order to develop a robust and skilled workforce for the electronics manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Development:
Design, develop, and update training curricula for various roles within the electronics manufacturing industry, including production, quality assurance, engineering, and maintenance. - Instructional Design:
Utilize best practices in instructional design to create engaging, effective, and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, hands‑on training, and job aids. - Training Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with department heads, managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and skill gaps across the organization. Develop and implement training solutions to address these gaps. - Program Implementation:
Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they are executed effectively and meet the learning objectives. Coordinate with internal trainers or external vendors as necessary. - Continuous Improvement:
Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Make data‑driven decisions to refine and enhance training content and delivery methods. - Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Stay updated on the latest trends and technological advancements in electronics manufacturing to incorporate into the curriculum. - Team Leadership:
Manage a team of trainers, instructional designers, and coordinators. Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team’s success. - Budget Management:
Develop and manage the training department’s budget, ensuring cost‑effective delivery of high‑quality training programs. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business goals and objectives.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development and training management, preferably within the electronics manufacturing or related industry.
- Proven experience in instructional design and the creation of technical training programs.
- Experience with e‑learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Certifications:
Relevant certifications in instructional design, project management, or technical training (e.g., CPLP, PMP) are a plus.
