St Anthony, Minnesota – Number of Students: 8 – Support Staff: 2 to 3 paraprofessionals.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher for our Elementary Center Based Autism classroom. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for 8 students with autism. You will work closely with 2 to 3 paraprofessionals who will assist you in delivering individualized instruction and support.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student.
• Create and maintain a structured and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals and other support staff to ensure the needs of each student are met.
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals.

• MN SPED License required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
• Experience working with students with autism is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Experience working with students with disabilities.
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.

• Full-time position at 40 hours weekly for the 2024/25 school year.
