Pro Care Therapy is looking to employ multiple special education teachers in Waconia, MN
.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual educational evaluations to assess students' cognitive,behavioral,and emotional functioning.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Provide counseling and support to students on a variety of issues,including academic concerns,social-emotional problems,and behavioral challenges.
- Consult with teachers and other school personnel to develop and implement interventions to address students' needs.
- Collaborate with parents and families to provide support and resources.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote student success and well-being.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in special education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution.
- Valid and current state license to practice special education.
- Minimum of two years of experience working as a special education teacher in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and intervention techniques.
- Experience in developing and implementing IEPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassion,empathy,and commitment to student success.
