Salary Range

$43,067 – $98,660

Duties
  • Instructional planning, facilitation, teaching and learning
  • Assessment of student performance
  • Student recruitment, retention and advising
  • Lab and classroom climate management
  • Maintenance of professional skills and credentials
  • Participation in college activities
  • Work closely with department to maintain and enhance curriculum and assess program outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration or business management OR Master's degree with a minimum of 27 graduate quarter/18 semester credits in business administration and/or business management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with and commitment to the mission and constituencies of a comprehensive community and technical college
  • Dedication to teaching and student learning with emphasis on college level standards
  • Commitment to studying, analyzing, and implementing learning strategies that help students reach their educational goals
  • Experience using teaching techniques that support diverse learning styles and use a variety of delivery modalities
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • High level of cultural competency and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with CLC’s Culture of Caring environment
