Salary Range$43,067 – $98,660
Duties- Instructional planning, facilitation, teaching and learning
- Assessment of student performance
- Student recruitment, retention and advising
- Lab and classroom climate management
- Maintenance of professional skills and credentials
- Participation in college activities
- Work closely with department to maintain and enhance curriculum and assess program outcomes
- Master's degree in business administration or business management OR Master's degree with a minimum of 27 graduate quarter/18 semester credits in business administration and/or business management
- Familiarity with and commitment to the mission and constituencies of a comprehensive community and technical college
- Dedication to teaching and student learning with emphasis on college level standards
- Commitment to studying, analyzing, and implementing learning strategies that help students reach their educational goals
- Experience using teaching techniques that support diverse learning styles and use a variety of delivery modalities
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- High level of cultural competency and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with CLC’s Culture of Caring environment
