Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Tailor instruction to effectively accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Employ a variety of teaching methods and advanced technologies to actively engage students.
- Monitor student progress closely and adjust instructional approaches as needed.
- Collaborate closely with educators, counselors, and specialists.
- Maintain consistent and open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Possession of a valid Minnesota Teaching License and any of the 6 special education endorsements.
- Demonstrated experience working with students who have diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing personalized IEPs to meet individual student needs.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships.
- Familiarity with effective evidence-based behavior management techniques and positive behavior supports.
