Overview
We're looking for an experienced Construction Materials Project Manager to manage projects from planning through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining strong client communication and high-quality standards.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of construction materials projects, including scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, and vendor coordination
- Lead safety planning and ensure team compliance with safety practices
- Oversee project plans, track performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize delays
- Prepare calculations, designs, reports, and specifications as needed
- Coordinate staffing, set priorities, and manage project milestones
- Partner with internal teams and APRs for resource needs and critical project reviews
- Communicate project status through meetings and reports
- Support financial management, including invoicing, change orders, and collections
- Promote quality standards, risk awareness, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee testing of soils, concrete, and asphalt as well as field observations and inspections for foundations, reinforcing steel, masonry and structural steel.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management) or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years' related experience.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or similar professional registration/certification relevant to the type of services and projects being managed.

The expected salary range for this position is listed below. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
Minimum $84,900 - Maximum $131,700
