Engineering Specialist III - Capacity Planning

Overview

Engineering Specialist III – Capacity Planning ports capacity modelling, facility design, and manufacturing performance improvement.

• Support industrial engineering capacity modeling and fab layout by tracking data.
• Conduct time studies on tooling and wafer movement in the factory.
• Automate time study data collection and incorporate results into capacity planning.>
• Update workflow automations for requested improvements and tool changes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions creatively.

• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, works independently.
• Team player capable of communicating with engineers and technicians.
• Strong documentation of results and ability to discuss with engineering staff.
• Adaptable to changing needs of a fast‑paced development program.

• Proficient with Excel (advanced).
• Experience communicating factory actions to engineering teams.
• Successful process‑improvement initiatives.
• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience or equivalent.

Estimated base wage range: $29.03 – $42.31/hr.
