Hello! I am recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer opportunity, experienced with pumps and motors for our awesome privately owned customer located in Bloomington, MN.

This company works 4–10-hour shifts Mon-Thurs. Below is a brief description. If interested, please respond to this message and I will get you all the details on the opening.

Engineers will lead the planning, design, and development tools, machines, and accessory products for new product introduction and improving on current designs with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions generally involving the largest and most important work on projects.

• Supports department goals by designing test plans and performing testing
• Provides advanced production line support
• Develops product specifications for product ideas
• Works with vendors to ensure accurate component specifications and dimensional requirements are met upon receipt
• Supports new production development reporting on work completed at department, new product, and stage gate meetings
• Transforms initial rough product designs into working production ready documents
