• Operate as a critical member of a multidisciplinary technology development team.
• Identify and develop new ceramic applications through process development and experimentation.
• Drive the implementation of new ceramic technologies into existing and future product lines.
• Document, communicate, and disseminate research results to team members, business partners, and global stakeholders.
• Drive successful technology scale‑up from laboratory scale to full manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process disruptions and product quality issues.
• Maintain safety and environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance in all activities.

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, chemistry, or material science from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two (2) years of academic or industrial experience in ceramic processing, including forming and sintering techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for multidisciplinary teams.
• Highly inquisitive mindset with a demonstrated ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, technical environment.
• Proven track record using Design of Experiments (DOE) to solve complex technical problems.
• Direct experience with fabrication and synthesis processes for ceramics.

• Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in engineering, chemistry, or material science.
• More than 5 years of industrial experience in ceramic processing, including forming and sintering techniques.
