Full‑time exempt position. Office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Position Profile: This position is responsible for the electrical design including schematic design, writing new PLC and HMI programs, and the startup and troubleshooting of custom web converting and coating equipment.

• Develop applications of controls and systems including PLC and HMI development
• Provide support and field questions during the manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing processes
• Perform operation, software maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations
• Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical engineering and industrial controls
• Operate independently or part of a team in a fast‑paced production environment. Adapt rapidly to changes in project scope and operations workload demand.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering:
  Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, System, Controls or similar
• 8+ years of experience with industrial controls in a project‑based automation or machine design environment
• PLC programming:
  Allen Bradley, Siemens or Yaskawa
• Motion control programming of rotary and linear servo axes
• HMI Development:
  Visual , C#, Factory Talk
• Machine Vision application development for inspection with Cognex, Keyence or similar platforms
• Competent in the use of Auto‑Cad Electrical
• Design electrical panels to meet UL 508A and electrical systems to meet NEC/IEC/CEC standards

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. $75,000 - $130,000 per year (DOE – Depending on Experience)
