Geotechnical Engineer

• Conduct geotechnical investigations, field exploration, and specify laboratory testing for civil and geotechnical projects.
• Prepare geotechnical reports.
• Design foundation retrofits and grouting solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications for projects.
• Prepare proposals and project schedules.
• Resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful project completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering focusing on soil strengthening and stabilization, groundwater control, and foundation retrofits.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Innovative and decisive engineer capable of working effectively in a fast‑moving, highly collaborative, team‑based environment; sets goals, holds others accountable, mentors, encourages, and builds relationships.
