Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineer
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the development, testing, fabrication, and deployment of complex systems. This role involves designing and analyzing electrical and electronic systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with technical specifications.
You will work under the guidance of a project engineering lead and contribute to electrical system design across a range of advanced applications.
Key Responsibilities- Research, design, develop, modify, and evaluate electrical and electronic systems and components
- Create product specifications, models, simulations, and technical documentation
- Develop schematics, interconnect drawings, and interface control documents
- Perform circuit simulation and analysis (e.g., PSpice, LTspice)
- Support system integration, verification, and validation activities
- Evaluate vendor technologies, capabilities, and deliverables
- Provide detailed engineering analysis of components, subsystems, and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and deployment
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience
- Experience with analog and digital circuit design and analysis
- Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and interconnect drawings
- Experience developing technical documentation such as reports, drawings, and analysis
- Knowledge of circuit simulation tools (e.g., PSpice, LTspice)
- Strong problem-solving skills for moderately complex engineering challenges
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with industry design standards
- Experience with tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, OrCAD, or Visio
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C or C#
- Understanding of system-level design and manufacturing processes
- Experience working in high EMI environments
- Experience with wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, or control systems
- Exposure to FPGA integration or power systems design
