Project Engineering Manager Overhead Transmission Lines
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering design, execution, and quality for complex projects.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Support client engagement, proposal preparation, and pursuit efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and drive innovative solutions for project challenges.
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff, ensuring effective team performance.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (P.E. license preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing overhead transmission line or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of PLS-CADD, structural design, and transmission line systems.
- Understanding of procurement, permitting, and construction coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
