• Perform and manage technical work for asset investment plan development, portfolio optimization, risk analysis, benefit monetization, asset management plan development, asset management assessments (ISO 55001), and development of Strategic Asset Management Plans.
• Serve as the project manager on asset investment plan projects, orchestrating tasks, coordinating resources, and managing schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Provide asset management technical subject matter expertise, applying best practices and detailed knowledge of electric transmission & distribution assets and utility O&M.
• Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, review alternatives, and develop solutions.
• Lead client meetings and workshops, develop presentations, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Support business development activities and lead development of scopes, schedules, and budgets.

• Master’s degree
• Professional Engineer License
• IAM Certificate in Asset Management
• Consulting experience with electric utilities

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Typically 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
• Demonstrated experience in electric utility engineering, O&M
