Project Controls Sr Analyst – Schedule Lead (Senior level)

Lead project controls functions for planning and scheduling, manage a small team, provide guidance to less experienced personnel, and contribute to proposal efforts.

• Lead the project control function and influence internal and external clients.
• Facilitate project forecasts.
• Recognize issues and advise the project team or JV partners on matters affecting project execution.
• Support proposal efforts.

• Lead the scheduling team in preparation of plans and schedules.
• Interface with JV partners for planning and scheduling activities.
• Ensure constructability is integrated into the planning process.
• Apply key cost control processes.

• Lead a team of project control professionals.
• Coordinate planning on less complex projects after the baseline is in place.
• Maintain systems to monitor work status and identify issues proactively.
• Interface with management to identify and address issues.
• Advise field teams and the headquarters PCM on matters affecting project success, where applicable.
• Lead or direct PJC activities with JV and S/C construction partners, where applicable.

Acts in the capacity of a lead person. Does not have direct people‑management responsibility for those to whom work direction is provided.

• Four‑year bachelor’s degree with six or more years of relevant cost control, planning, or scheduling experience; OR no bachelor’s degree with eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Must complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, and motor‑vehicle records search) if selected.

Prefer a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based on manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments.
