Role:
Senior Quality Engineer supporting design for quality, process improvement, and compliance in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:lead quality initiatives for new product commercialization, drive design for quality using advanced tools (FMEA, APQP, control plans), support change management and complaint handling, and provide statistical analysis (control charts, capability studies). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Lab, Product, and Manufacturing.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; at least 2 years in manufacturing or quality engineering in a high-tech industry (electronics, medical, aerospace). Skills in quality tools (FMEA, APQP, control plans), statistical analysis (Minitab, JMP), and experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF-16949).
Preferred:Engineering degree in Physics, Electrical, or Chemical; certifications like CQE or Black/Green Belt; experience in automated or regulated environments; knowledge of SAP or PLM systems.

Work setup:On-site at Maplewood, MN, with up to 10% travel; may include relocation assistance.
