Parts Identification Specialist

Join Daikin Applied's Parts Division as a Parts Specialist I. This role provides timely replacement parts information to Field Representatives using resources such as bill of materials, replacement parts list, product engineering, and product documentation catalogs.

Location: Remote

• Maintain customer satisfaction by identifying replacement parts or recommending retrofit of existing parts.
• Advises all personnel of any changes pertaining to Parts identification via written communication.
• Maintain excellent working knowledge of all computer programs related to Parts activity.
• Maintain current product knowledge related to Parts .
• Act as a mentor to other members within the group.
• Ensure other internal people in the Service Parts and Warranty Section are familiar with computer programs and procedures concerning product part identification.
• Collaborate effectively with customers and Engineering staff to ensure the proper parts are identified.
• Document identification of parts to the customer via a Help Desk based software system.
• Receive requests via e‑mail and phone in a fast‑paced environment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of Oracle or SAP experience (preferred).
• 1+ year of Salesforce experience (preferred).
• Work experience in an Agile environment (preferred).

Pay Range (MN): $28.61–$37.68 per hour (base pay varies by skills, qualifications, experience, and location).
