Whirly Ball Twin Cities is looking for energetic, outgoing Game Attendants/Event Hosts to join our Bloomington team!

. Every day is different, and you’ll be part of creating unforgettable experiences for guests celebrating everything from kids’ birthday parties and graduations to corporate events, holiday parties, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, team outings, and more!

As a Game Attendant/Event Host,
you are a big part of the guest experience from start to finish. You’ll help make sure events run smoothly, guests know what’s happening, and everyone leaves with a smile.

Your day may include:

• Welcoming guests and being their friendly first point of contact
• Helping host and coordinate private events and celebrations
• Setting up and tearing down buffets, party rooms, and event spaces
• Helping with birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, holiday parties, and other special events
• Explaining rules and monitoring Whirly Ball, Laser Tag, and Hyper Bowling
• Helping event groups find their rooms, activities, food, and schedules
• Keeping event and guest areas clean, organized, and ready for the next group
• Jumping in to help your teammates wherever needed
• Following safety, service, and quality standards
• Most importantly—
  creating an experience guests will want to come back for!

We’re looking for people who are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with all types of guests
• Reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with groups and helping keep events on track
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
• Able to handle customer questions and concerns with patience and professionalism
• Genuinely interested in making people’s day a little more fun!

Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but it’s not required.

We’re open 7 days a week
, with shifts generally running from 11:00 am through 10pm or 11pm.

We have weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts available, and we’re happy to work with school and other scheduling commitments.
