Financial Analyst, Accounts Receivable/ Collections
Location:
Bloomington , MN (Canddates must be local to the MN/WI area and be able to go on-site 4 days per week).
$55,000-$65,000
Position Overview
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to manage and collect outstanding receivables
- Monitor accounts and evaluate orders placed on credit hold
- Investigate and help resolve invoice discrepancies and payment disputes
- Respond to customer requests for billing and payment documentation
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address delinquent account concerns and minimize risk
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1+ year of experience in credit and collections within a B2B or trade credit environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Get Paid, JDE, Infor, M3, or similar platforms
- Ability to evaluate credit risk and make sound decisions in moderately complex situations
