Bloomington, MN – Hybrid opportunity; 1 day remote, This role requires 4 days onsite per week. U.S. Person status is required in accordance with ITAR regulations (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)

Salary Range: $110K – $120K/yr base salary + annual bonus

• Own full P&L for Florida advanced packaging facility
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results vs. budget/forecast
• Lead flux analysis and present insights to senior leadership
• Support internal reporting, lender reporting, audit requests, and M&A preparation
• Develop valuation models, ROI analysis, NPV modeling, and capital analysis (including sale-leaseback initiatives)
• Partner with VP-level leaders across HR, Legal, Operations, and Strategy
• Assist with treasury and debt covenant reporting
• Drive cost and margin analysis on existing and new products/services
• Support Texas integration and IonQ acquisition initiatives
• Assist with system implementations and reporting improvements (Net Suite, Tableau, ERP enhancements)
• Identify trends and recommend process and performance improvements
• Perform special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; comfortable operating in less automated environments
• Proven ability to interpret data, apply professional skepticism, and "tell the financial story"
• Self-starter with demonstrated ownership of projects and process improvements
• Experience with month-end close review and flux analysis
• Experience supporting or participating in system implementations or digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to present confidently to senior executives
• Strong business partnering skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and organizational change
• General understanding of GAAP

• Net Suite or similar ERP experience
• Power BI or Tableau exposure
• Semiconductor or manufacturing industry experience
• Experience in a legacy FP&A environment
