Ledgent Finance and Accounting has a prominent business services partner located in the St Paul area needing to add to their Billing team!
- Pay: $90,000-$110,000/yr

- Manage and oversee the daily billing operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of billing specialists or analysts
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, pricing structures, and company policies
- Review and approve customer invoices, adjustments, and credits
- Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing discrepancies and improve collections
- Maintain and enhance billing systems, processes, and internal controls
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure proper contract setup and revenue recognition
- Prepare and analyze billing metrics, reports, and KPIs for leadership
- Support month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive billing, revenue, or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of billing systems, invoicing processes, and revenue cycles
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
