Role Overview

Blue Ops is seeking an M&A Manager to lead financial due diligence and transaction execution across multiple private equity and middle‑market M&A engagements. This client‑facing role serves as the day‑to‑day deal lead, owning engagement execution from LOI through close and into post‑transaction execution.

• Lead buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements
• Prepare and review quality of earnings, EBITDA, working capital, and transaction models
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
• Serve as the primary client contact for private equity sponsors, bankers, and management teams
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Associates and Analysts
• Present diligence findings and transaction insights to clients
• Support post‑close integration and value creation initiatives

• 5–10 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, investment banking, or corporate development
• Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
• Experience leading client‑facing diligence engagements
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• CPA, CFA, or similar credentials preferred
