Senior Finance Leader – Strategic & Finance Transformation
Base Salary: $160,000–$170,000 + Bonus

ClearPoint Search Group has been retained on a search with a growing global manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Finance Leader – Strategic Initiatives & Finance Transformation
. This newly created role is open due to growth and is designed to position the successful candidate for advancement into a Director-level role upon completion of several key enterprise initiatives.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, driving change, influencing senior leadership, and leading high-impact projects across a large organization.
What You'll Do:- Partner with senior leaders across commercial, operations, product management, and finance teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on forecasting improvements, operational efficiency, margin enhancement, and profitable growth.
- Drive process transformation efforts across multiple business units and functional areas.
- Evaluate commercial programs, capital investments, and growth opportunities through financial analysis and ROI assessment.
- Support integrated business planning and improve decision-making through enhanced reporting, analytics, and forecasting processes.
- Influence capital allocation decisions and enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, value creation, and business performance optimization.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership teams.
- Build broad organizational exposure while developing a path toward future Director-level leadership responsibilities.
- Progressive finance and FP&A leadership experience within a complex organization.
- Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Experience leading projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
