• Preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
• Assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations
• Conducting industry and company-specific business due diligence
• Creating client marketing presentations, memoranda, and deliverables
• Attending client meetings
• Drafting and collaborating on pitch presentations and associated materials
• Developing an understanding of the underlying trends that affect the Healthcare industry
• Coordinating, researching, and creating industry market research publications
• Assisting in the development and continued cultivation of client, prospective client, and professional advisor relationships

• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem‑solving, and conceptual skills
• Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for excellence
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programs

• Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience
• At least 1 year of investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or public accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• FINRA Licenses – 63, 79, SIE

Bloomington, MN: $110,000 – $130,000 for Analyst, Mergers and Acquisitions New York, NY: $110,000 – $130,000 for Analyst, Mergers and Acquisitions
Salary information is provided for locations where the role is based. The role also offers performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
