Salary Range: $21.00 To $24.00 Hourly

The pay range represents the anticipated base pay for this position. Actual pay will be based on factoring including, but not limited to: market data, internal equity, skillset and knowledge, experience, education and overall qualifications for the role.

JOB SUMMARY

These positions are responsible for all loan and lease operations. Responsible for ensuring that all documenting, booking, funding, and servicing tasks are completed in compliance with the applicable regulations, Mid Country Bank policies and procedures or special requirements as dictated by the loan approval authority.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain original loan and lease files, maintaining proper records that follow the Bank’s retention guidelines.
• Process insurance by overseeing tracking of insurance for loan and lease collateral, verifying renewal policies for adequate insurance coverage, updating insurance ticklers as renewal policies received, conducting appropriate follow up on coverage.
• Perfect all collateral based on department policy and procedure, including follow-up on receipt of recorded documents.
• Process paid loans and leases including release of collateral and the coordination of physical document retention/destruction
• Prepare proper lien release/satisfaction forms within regulatory guidelines on all paid consumer and mortgage loans, including customer notifications.
• Process ticklers including performing tickler maintenance in a timely manner on core system.
• Updates daily rate spec changes in core systems
• Processes loan and lease payments daily
• Resolve all daily non-post transactions.
• Administer payoff quotes and payoff transactions.
• Coordinate resolution for internal and external customers through appropriate internal processes.
• Monitor denied commercial, agriculture, and consumer loans for adherence to compliance requirements.
• Monitor loan and lease operation reports (daily, weekly and monthly), identify and resolve problems as appropriate.
• Provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers
• Assist with completing special projects and assignments as required by department leadership

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education-

• Required for Level: 2-year College/Tech Degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred for Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience-

• Required for Level 1: 1+ years of general office experience.
• Preferred for Level 1: 1+ years of loan and/or lease administration or related experience.

SCHEDULE

This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Company reserves the right to change the schedule as required for business needs.
