Tax & Accounting Specialist

• Create and maintain comprehensive, value-added tax advisory and compliance content
• Monitor, analyze, and report on new tax developments, legislation, and IRS guidance
• Translate complex tax information into clear, actionable insights for tax advisors
• Manage relationships with industry experts
• Edit expert contributions and ensure high quality standards
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on artificial intelligence and tax advisory initiatives
• Provide subject matter expertise in testing and validating tax advisory technology solutions
• Provide feedback on tax and accounting AI solutions to engineers and data scientists

• CPA certification and/or law degree with LL.M in Taxation
• Minimum of 7 years of focused experience in tax advisory and compliance
• Proven expertise advising clients on complex tax matters across various industries
• Proficiency in tax research tools
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills
• Ability to communicate intricate tax concepts clearly and concisely
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of successful teamwork and collaboration
• Exposure to individual income tax, trust, estate, or nonprofit is a plus
