The Interim Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education with counter operations, vendor relationships, and event coordination.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build vendor relationships, maintain an organized counter, and support customer loyalty.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and keep current with beauty trends and products.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain in motion for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
