80 hours per two week pay period - temporary

Responsibilities- Assessing and recording of resident's nutritional status
- Conveying resident information to the interdisciplinary team at care conferences
- Monitoring assigned dining areas
- Modifying computerized resident dietary records
- Registered Dietitian
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition
- Clinical experience in long term care and transitional care preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to clinical nutrition
