Job Description Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Technician to join our Primary Care team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary

This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and Health Partners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination
    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience
    • Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire
  • Licensure/Registration/Certification
    • Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Demonstrated organizational skills
    • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
    • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner
    • Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination
    • Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience

Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.

Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions.
