Account Growth Manager, HLS – Payer

Our client is seeking an experienced Healthcare Account Manager HLS
-PAYER to manage and grow strategic relationships across the payer ecosystem, including health insurers, TPAs, and government-sponsored healthcare programs. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in healthcare account management and payer operations.

• Manage a portfolio of payer accounts to drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare payer clients and understand their operational and strategic priorities.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and business reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Analytics and Product, to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor account performance, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Stay informed on payer trends, reimbursement models, value-based care, and healthcare regulations.

• 10+ years of healthcare account management experience, preferably supporting payer clients.
• Strong knowledge of payer operations, claims processing, provider networks, and value-based care.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as ICD-10, CPT, and HL7/FHIR

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and reporting tools.
