POSITION SUPPORT WORKER I FULL TIME-Temp. ON- (1 Position) Medical Leave – Up to 12 months DATE OF POSTING THURSDAY JULY 30, 2026 CLOSING DATE THURSDAY AUGUST 6, 2026 INITIAL ASSIGNMENT PINE WAGE RANGE Reg. $21.55 – $24.21 REQUIREMENTS

• Community College Diploma in Social Services or University Degree in Social Sciences. Related experience preferred. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated Commitment to Community Living
• Demonstrated Commitment to and experience in Person Centered Planning
• Experience & flexibility in different areas across the Association
• Must be able to go swimming, hiking, horseback riding and participate in any other physical activity (i.e. Sports, Fitness)
• Commitment in involving people to become more involved in their communities
• Knowledge and experience in supporting individuals with Dual Diagnosis / Mental Health Disorders
• Demonstrated commitment in implementing communication strategies and following
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as within a larger team dynamic
• Commitment to supporting individuals with their D.A.S and BSP’s
• Demonstrated experience in Core Competencies
• This requires the successful candidate to have a valid Ontario Driver’s License. The successful candidate would have to provide proof that s/he has a valid driver’s license upon being hired.

Shifts may vary, depending on the workload schedule that meets the needs of the people we support.
