Resident Assistant

Fairview -  - Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to residents including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities;
Assist with treatments per individualized care plan under the direction of the Registered Nurse (including glucose monitoring);
Administer medication or assist with administration under the direction of the Registered Nurse (including insulin injections);
Perform household tasks such as laundry and cleaning per shift schedule and deliver meal trays or assist with meal service;
Observe residents and report status changes to appropriate staff; assist with social and recreational activities; act as a mandated reporter for concerns of mistreatment
