Sunflower Communities in Elmore, MN is hiring a compassionate Every-Other-Weekend Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) to provide resident-centered care in our assisted living and memory care settings.
You will assist with ADLs, support safety, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and the care team, while enjoying a consistent every-other-weekend schedule.
This role offers weeknights and evening shifts, with a pay range of $19 to $25 per hour and an annual bonus eligibility.
