Pharmacist, Healthcare

• Graduate of an accredited school/college of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in Minnesota or Iowa.

Preferred

• 2+ years of retail/community pharmacy experience.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense, process, and accurately verify prescriptions.
• Provide patient counseling and clinical pharmacy services.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Assist with training pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and customer service staff.
• Handle patient and employee concerns when the Pharmacy Manager is unavailable.
• Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management, billing/reimbursement, and profitability.
• Maintain CPR certification and immunization administration competency.
• Complete required continuing education.
• Support quality improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with the Pharmacy Manager and participate in team meetings/programs.
• Perform pharmacy technician/customer service duties when needed.
