Progress Valley, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (LP) to provide outpatient mental health services on a contracted (1099) basis. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in our clinic, which operates under the Minnesota Mental Health Uniform Service Standards and MHCP policies. Core responsibilities may include therapy, diagnostic assessment, consultation, and, depending on training and interest, psychological testing and evaluation.

The LP will practice independently within applicable state standards. The contracted LP will provide services in accordance with clinical training, licensure, the needs of the client population, applicable laws, and the independent contractor agreement.

The Licensed Psychologist contracted with Progress Valley, Inc. will provide a range of outpatient mental health services in accordance with clinical training, licensure, and the needs of the client population.

• Service: Deliver compassionate, person-centered outpatient mental health services, including diagnostic assessments, clinical impressions, and treatment plans developed collaboratively with clients and, when appropriate, other providers, while honoring each person’s dignity, background, beliefs, and experiences.
• Ownership: Maintain the mutually agreed-upon level of client service hours specified in the independent contractor agreement, manage scheduling and caseload commitments responsibly, and follow through on services and documentation tied to care rendered.

• Assess clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs. Collaborate with external providers, care teams, and referral sources to promote integrated and coordinated care.
