Start your career in caregiving as an entry-level Personal Care Attendant (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) at Enrogel Health. This role is essential in providing exceptional care and companionship to our residents while ensuring they enjoy a high quality of life. Pay Range: $33,280–$37,440 annually ($16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience)

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and daily activities.
• Monitor and document residents’ health, reporting changes to supervisors.
• Prepare meals and support nutritional needs.
• Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Administer medications (training provided).
• Provide mobility support, including transfers and range-of-motion exercises

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required:
  Training will be provided!
• Completion of PCA or HHA training (or willingness to complete).
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform caregiving tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
