- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas, including lobby, elevators, bathrooms, restaurants and fitness center.
- Vacuum, wipe, sanitize and mop surfaces; remove trash and recycling in all public and service areas.
- Collect and transport dirty glassware to stewarding, return clean glassware to service landings.
- Notify supervisor promptly of any special guestroom/suite issues and report maintenance needs.
- Clean and replenish public and employee bathrooms, sanitizing all handrails and fixtures.
- Assist with guest service by providing prompt, courteous assistance and resolving guest issues using genuine hospitality.
- Perform other duties assigned by management to achieve 100% guest satisfaction and brand standards.
- Minimum one year of hospitality experience in housekeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team; effective communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift or carry up to 75 lbs.
- Adherence to hotel policies, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Stand, sit, walk and move for extended periods. Lift or move up to 75 lbs. Use manual dexterity with office equipment such as computers, printers and phones.
Other InformationThe hotel business operates 24/7. Associates may be moved to different shifts or duties as business dictates. This position is at‑will; employment may be terminated by either party at any time.
