Choice Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Clean assigned guest rooms or suites including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms;
Restock useable items in guest rooms or suites (soap, towels, amenities, paper items);
Empty trash and replace liners; manage guest room trays and dishes as needed;
Notify supervisor of any special guestroom issues and maintenance needs;
Address guest complaints with empathy and follow up to ensure satisfaction
