The Courtyard in Bloomington seeks a part‑time Housekeeping Associate for weekend shifts. The role involves cleaning guestrooms to company standards, providing friendly service, adhering to health regulations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Clean and maintain guestrooms, ensuring amenities and supplies are ready.
• Keep carts, linens, rooms, and equipment clean and functional.
• Deliver service that meets guest satisfaction expectations.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members and support other departments.
• Follow the guest service recovery and lost‑and‑found procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues.
• Use chemicals safely within the housekeeping department.
• Handle guest/employee incidents per company procedures.
• Know hotel emergency procedures.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet required volume.
• Adhere to attendance, grooming, appearance, and general work rule policies.
• Attend required department and hotel meetings.
• Use equipment and supplies properly.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer-focused, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable attendance record.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and move around hotel for extended periods.
• Hotel experience preferred.
