Housekeeping Room Attendant

Hotel will provide a $1.00 per hour weekend bonus for work on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays through August.

This position requires weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holiday availability.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Mall of America in Bloomington, MN, is looking to add a Room Attendant /Housekeeper to be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting product quality standards.

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Physical demands: The employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. The employee is also regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
