Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, lounge/bar, banquet facilities, and in-room dining;
Ensure consistent service quality, food presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all outlets;
Coordinate and support supervisors and team members to maintain operational excellence;
Monitor staffing levels and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak periods;
Collaborate with Sales and Catering teams to plan and execute meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events
