Mystic Lake Casino's Mall of America Store in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Concierge Coordinator for part-time hours. You will provide superior guest service in person and over the phone, coordinating transportation, ticket purchases, hotel reservations, and itineraries while promoting casino events and services. One year retail, hospitality or concierge experience is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Pay rate is $16.00-$16.75/hour, 14-20 hours per week, evenings and some weekends.
