Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a part-time Concierge Coordinator at our Mall of America store in Bloomington, MN. You will deliver superior guest service in person and by phone, coordinating transportation, tickets, hotel reservations, and itineraries while promoting casino promotions.
Responsibilities include assisting with Club M memberships, Mystic Lake apps, and resolving guest concerns. This role requires weekend/evening availability and 14–20 hours per week.
