** Overview
* * We are seeking an HR Generalist to oversee key areas of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and workforce development tracking. The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and serves as a key point of contact for employees and management. This role will play a role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the growth and success of our employees.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Respond to questions and resolve basic workplace issues
* Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
* Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
* Help develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
* Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Coordinate training sessions and HR-related programs
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
* Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and proactive conflict resolution.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
* 1–5 years of experience in an HR role (generalist experience preferred)
* Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
** What We Offer
**** Salary**:
The estimated base salary range for the position is $65,000-$85,000.  The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.

Includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, annual bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
