Eligibility

Responsibilities- Independently administer and configure assigned Workday modules or processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and implement system solutions.
- Execute Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment within assigned scope.
- Develop and deliver workforce reporting, dashboards, and compliance outputs.
- Perform audits, data corrections, and mass updates to ensure data integrity and governance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues, including escalated inquiries within assigned areas.
- Document system configurations, changes, and processes; maintain user documentation and training materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements within assigned functional or technical areas.
- Stay current with Workday roadmaps, new features, and HR technology trends through Workday Community, user groups, and professional networks.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of HRIS or related experience.
- Working knowledge of HR systems configuration and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage assigned processes or modules.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating into system solutions.
- Understanding of data governance and HR processes.
- Effective stakeholder communication and prioritization skills.
- Competitive salary (approximately $80,000 – $100,000).
